6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

2 cups baby bok choy, chopped
12 frozen potstickers or dumplings
2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili flakes. Bring to a simmer.
